Introducing Rockin’ Art Moms

Here’s what happens when a few creative mom bloggers get together who mostly blog about kid stuff: their creative juices flow like crazy, they bond, and they all want to be a part of something bigger than their individual blogs. (While still keeping their individual blogs, of course.)

Thus, the birth of RAMs. I’ve joined together with 8 other bloggers into something I can only compare to the Justice League of bloggers. We call ourselves the Rockin’ Art Moms (we totally didn’t realize the RAM part until later…) and we have been chatting up lots of cool ideas and dreams and goals behind the scenes.

Our first public collaboration is the Rockin’ Art for Kids Pinterest board.

The thing that unifies us is a collective love of art and design for kids, and we will be collaborating on several projects and ventures in the coming months/years/decades/centuries.

Let me introduce each of the other Rockin’ Art Moms to you, and feel free to take a little jaunt over to their sites if you want to be blown away by awesome creativity!

Kristen from Art History Mom

Gina from Willow Day

  1. Hi! Okay, your blog is so fantastic. I just found it, and I never want to leave. You are too cute. I clicked over from Art History Mom on a random post who I know from the Kids Blogger Network. Are y’all accepting any new rockin’ art moms on your Pinterest board? I’m an art teacher and former museum educator and write primarily about art on my blog.

    • Hi Cindy! I love art teachers; I’m your biggest fan. And now I know you’re in KBN, too! We’re actually a little group right now over at Rockin’ Art Moms and keeping it that way for the time being, but maybe one day we’ll expand and turn into a super-group of Rockin’ Art Moms (and take over the world.)
